How do I use my Lumens?

You can apply Lumens at checkout for a discount — 100 Lumens equals $1 off your order. You can also redeem them for exclusive Scoutlite gear and accessories.

Do my Lumens expire?

Lumens stay active as long as your account is active. They only expire after 12 months of no purchases or account activity.

How do I move up to Beam or Blaze tier?

Tiers are based on total Lumens earned, not spent. Earn 500 Lumens to reach Beam, and 3,000 Lumens to reach Blaze. Every purchase and interaction counts toward your next tier.

Can I combine Lumens with discount codes?

Yes. Lumens can be used alongside most promotions and discount codes. Some exclusions may apply during special sales events.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, you earn 500 Lumens and they get 20% off their order.

Do I lose my tier if I stop purchasing?

Your tier status is based on total Lumens earned over your account lifetime, so you won't lose your tier. However, Lumens balances may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
