- 2-Year Limited Warranty
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects affecting battery performance
- Note: Batteries are consumable parts with natural capacity degradation over time

- Lifetime Limited Warranty on all eligible products (Flashlights, Headlamps, and Wearable Lights).
- This premium warranty covers any failure or malfunction that arises from a manufacturing defect or a design flaw throughout the product's lifespan.
- It is a testament to our highest confidence in the products offered to our most valued members.
- Exclusions: The Lifetime Limited Warranty is subject to specific limitations. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use (e.g., scratches, fading).
- Natural degradation of battery capacity over time.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow product instructions.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Process
Email support@scoutliteworld.com with:
- Product name and serial number
- Purchase date and proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)
Step 2: Assessment
Our team will review your claim and provide:
- Standard customers: Response within 2 business days
- Beam/Blaze members: Priority response within 24 hours
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Warranty approval or denial
- Return instructions (if applicable)
Step 3: Resolution
If approved, we will:
- Repair the product at no cost
- Replace with the same or comparable model
- Advanced replacement for Blaze members (ship new before return)
- Issue a refund (if repair/replacement unavailable)
Return Shipping
- Within warranty period: Scoutlite covers return shipping costs
- Outside warranty period: Customer responsible for shipping costs
- Blaze members: Free return shipping on all warranty claims (in/out of warranty)
- We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for approved warranty claims
