Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Product & Warranty

Wearable lights and battery parts come with a 2-year warranty. Headlamps and flashlights are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Contact us with your order number and a description of the defect. We'll arrange a replacement or repair under warranty at no cost to you.
Most of our products are water-resistant and can withstand light rain and splashes. Please check individual product specifications for exact IP ratings.
Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water unless the product is rated for full submersion. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
