Return & Exchange Policy

Scoutlite is dedicated to providing you with the right headlamp/flashlight products. But if you are not in love with the product you purchased from scoutliteworld.com, or you find some problems with the products, we will gladly process your return/exchange.

1. Return Processes

  • Our service team will provide every customer with timely service. Usually, we will respond in 24 hours to help you deal with the issue and initiate the refund/return process.
  • Working day: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:30 PST

2. Defective Products

  • You don't need to return the products, and we will send a new one after confirming the problem.
  • We will help you check the reason first. If necessary, we will send the tools to you to help you check. Once the product is identified as defective, we will arrange a return/exchange for you.

3. Unused products

  • We will not cover the shipping cost and only refund you the order amount.
  • We will not cover the shipping back cost for the exchange request. We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item if it's the same product as your original order. Please contact our support team for different item(s) to discuss case by case.

*Products returned/exchanged must be in new, unused condition, include all products and accessories, and be in original packaging. If the products do not meet the above requirements, the return/refund/exchange may be rejected.

4. Paypal/Credit Card Refunds

The refund will be made to the original payment method/instrument used to make the initial purchase. The refund amount will usually appear in your account within 10 business days, but depending on your bank, it can also take up to 30 business days.
